8'x4' ply-board
The black paint was applied by hand... representing our personal sin and fallen human nature. A hand print is on the bottom right corner.
The red was applied with a natural bristle brush... representing the Passover and the applying of lamb's blood to the mantle, and Christ's own sanctifying blood that was shed for us.
The white represent the holy purity that radiates from the cross and makes us clean and new in Christ.
Inside the cross are images of people, young and old, in the center is a mirror... Do you see yourself on the cross? There is room for you.
An interesting and unexpected note: The paint names were "Burning Bush" and "Black Magic".... perfect.

What do you see?
This is a work in which you must look for yourself to see the meaning. I'm not going to give anything away.
